What do I get with a free IT consultation?
Our goal is simply to validate your current level of support of help define your technology support requirements. We may do a simple visual walkthrough or we may dig a little deeper and deploy a monitoring agent. The assessments might be different based on the customers needs.
Can you support me if I am not local to Colorado?
Yes. Technical Momentum has a several remote support and monitoring tools that we can utulize to support you from any location.
How does your flat rate pricing work?
If you have 10 devices we charge you for support of those devices. We do not charge you an hourly rates unless we are doing special projects, migrations or upgrades. For those we handle them on a case by case basis.
